"Having felt I being given the sales patter by a couple of other companies; I decided to go with these guys to fit new front & back doors-and clearly made the right decision. Reasonably priced and excellent products. Seamless process from measuring up to installation. Would recommend without hesitation."

"Communication was excellent and GHW were very accommodating when we had to change the installation start date at short notice. The installers turned up on time and were very courteous. There was an issue with 3 of the windows but this was resolved quickly and the job was completed on time. They were very tidy and cleaned up before they left each day. I would highly recommend GHW "

"After researching companies for a new front door and their reviews, we decided on GH windows. We visited the showroom and started from there. Good communication, Peter the surveyor and the two guys who fitted the door Zac and Damo (sorry if these are not the correct names), were all excellent"

After a very poor experience with a well known national company, I decided to go local and my experience could not have been any different. Great Harwood Windows were brilliant from the outset, and considerablely cheaper too. Scotty and Sam fitted my much needed windows and what should have been a 4 day job was completed in just over 2. They were both really friendly, polite and considerate taking care to do a great job. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Thank you for a genuinely great service all round!

Our entire experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Every member of staff we dealt with – from our very first enquiry right through to the final installation – has been absolutely fantastic. The initial contact was handled professionally and promptly. The team took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, offering helpful advice without any pressure. The communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping us informed at every stage. The fitting team were punctual, courteous, and incredibly hardworking. They treated our home with great respect, working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. It’s rare to find a company where every single person you encounter is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to delivering excellent service, but that has certainly been our experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you. A fantastic service from beginning to end!

Fantastic customer service. Very helpful in advice on the various products offered, how the cost would be affected. We were kept informed throughout process even down to a reminder a few days prior to installation. The installation process was clean and efficient.
