Case Study - Warehaus Ancoats

A project we take particular pride in is the Warehaus Ancoats project, located within the conservation area of Ancoats. The project involved converting an old warehouse and building two new residential buildings, so 32 properties became available. Properties were made up of a mix of two and three bedroom townhouses and one, two and three bedroom apartments.

We played an important role in the project, installing every window. Thanks to our meticulous attention to detail, each window was compliant with conservation area guidelines yet maintained exceptional levels of performance, leaving both residents, the local planning authority, and ourselves delighted with the end result.
