Recently bought some windows and a door to be fitted by a joiner I had contracted separately as you were unable to fit in timescale I required which was not an issue. Having never bought windows or doors directly before I was very please by how helpful your staff were in assisting me in selecting what I required (me having very little knowledge). One staff member was called Mikey who was very professional and recognising my ignorance provided excellent customer service guiding me through what I may require. He responded to messages with additional Queries I left on a couple of occasions in a timely manner. I wouldn’t hesitate buying from you in the future and recommending you to others. Thanks again for a quality service.

We have just had all our doors and windows replaced, followed by our conservatory. What a fantastic job!! Hats off to all the staff who guided us through this large project. The process from start to finish was seamless. The staff were polite and friendly and extremely tidy. Many thanks to all the skilled workman and also Whitney in the office who kept us updated all the way through the project. Ash thankyou for all your help and guidance.
