After a very poor experience with a well known national company, I decided to go local and my experience could not have been any different. Great Harwood Windows were brilliant from the outset, and considerablely cheaper too. Scotty and Sam fitted my much needed windows and what should have been a 4 day job was completed in just over 2. They were both really friendly, polite and considerate taking care to do a great job. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Thank you for a genuinely great service all round!

Our entire experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Every member of staff we dealt with – from our very first enquiry right through to the final installation – has been absolutely fantastic.
The initial contact was handled professionally and promptly. The team took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, offering helpful advice without any pressure. The communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping us informed at every stage.
The fitting team were punctual, courteous, and incredibly hardworking. They treated our home with great respect, working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
